Request a return.
If you are a registered user:
Log in, enter your personal area in the "My Orders" section.
Click on the "Exchange/Return" button next to the order you want to return and a new "New Exchange or Return" page will appear.
Fill in the requested information and select REFUND as the resolution. .
Request a size or color exchange.
Follow the same procedure and select EXCHANGE as the resolution.
Choose the color and size you want from the dropdown menu.
You will receive a confirmation email within a few minutes authorizing you to send us the package.
If you are a non-registered user: access the "Orders and Returns" page to follow the same procedure.

In the Returns section, click on "See Return" and print the downloadable form via the button at the top right. Alternatively, print the confirmation email of your return or exchange request that you will receive at the provided email address.
Insert the form or confirmation email inside the package.
If you are unable to print, write your Order Number/Name and Surname on a sheet of paper and insert it inside the package.
